Shipping Policy
Flat Rate shipping. Shipments are mailed either USPS or UPS usually within 24 hours. Delivery speed will depend upon the mailing service. Typical mailing schedule will be between 3 and 14 days based on external policies.

Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds are available up to 15 days post delivery less shipping. There will be a restock fee of 20%. All items can be repurposed by the customer with no need to send them back. View YouTube channel for alternative uses. If there is an issue with your order you are to email info@holdilocks.co and request a refund or a delivery of any missing item. This will include an explanation of the problem in detail. Every effort is made to help size the product to fit your hair type. A size change is hassle free, but restock fees are necessary for shipping & handling.
Pictures of intentional damage are not acceptable for a refund, for example an item cut with scissors. At any time a sale can be determined final without a refund. Colors and textures can be slightly different do to photography issues.
The tote cases can vary in style, size and color, they will have zipper enclosures that fit the accessories.
